Times - Language and audience

1) What is the main readership demographic for The Times newspaper?
The demographic leadership is aimed at around 35+

2) What aspects of the front page of the Times CSP edition suggest that their readers are likely to be more educated and interested in hard news rather than entertainment?
The readers are more over educated and interested rather than entertained by the hard news due to the their front news page mainly has the content of politics

3) Times readers are mostly over 55 years old. Why is this and how is this reflected by the new stories and kickers in the CSP pages we have studied?  
This may be enjoyable to the audience that read the newspaper because the news that is being presented might not have been know before.

4) What is the main audience pleasure offered by the Times?
The newspaper, The times, offers a main audience pleasure. A reader may enjoy reading the time. This is because it is more traditional which might be relatable to their age also the paper comes across more posh.

5) Why might a reader enjoy this CSP edition of the Times? 
The reason why the readers may be aged 55+ Is because this age is when people are into political argument and things that are more traditional instead of the same thing like other newspapers. '

Language
1) What is the main story on the front cover of the Times CSP edition (26 April 2019) and why does it appeal to Times readers?
The times content on the front page is mainly about politics. For example, ho wMPs call for inquest as Corbin fails the election test also then mention about sir Pal McCartney receiving his insignia by the queen and lastly they have a British female newsreader subverting female stereotype.

2) List the other news stories and kickers on the front page of the Times CSP edition. 
The main stories on the inside of times are Theresa May who was then our minister which was them talking about how the results show voters want hard brexit, another story about Jeremy Corbyn being blamed for loss of Jewish support a none more mains storey was how Birmingham still remains red despite all the scandals they received.
 
3) What are the main stories on the inside pages of the Times CSP edition and how are they constructed to appeal to Times readers? 
The main stories inside the the times is balanced by the front page content. They have an equal amount of images and pictures so from their pictures they will be to explain in the huge amount of information.

4) Which of Galtung and Ruge's News Values apply to the Times's front page stories? 
The difference between them both is that times is more posh and traditional which attracts an elderly audience whereas daily mirror is everything modern and spoken about now with sans serif which then attracts middle age audiences. 

5) What does a close analysis of the news stories in the Times CSP edition suggest about the Times's political beliefs?
